“The Beach Was Too Sandy” – Bizarre Penang Holiday Package Complaints

Yes, the above is another masterpiece complaint coming from a couple who just returned from a holiday. Sometimes, hoteliers find themselves in a confusing situation after discovering such complaints from their respective guests.
Our one-bedroom apartment is much smaller than the three-bedroom apartment of my friend’s.” – Popped another “intelligent” question from a guest. Seems, the person had forgotten to measure the bedroom before choosing to check-in. 
 
It’s good to verify a few things when you are choosing a Penang holiday package for your convenience. By all means, you shouldn’t suffer due to the neglect showed by a hotel. It’s appropriate to ask relevant questions about your stay, it’s your right.
  • Suite or Rooms capacity – Apartments or rooms in different hotels may have different spaces. No one can actually compare them. You must ask the reception about the capacity of the rooms. Most of the hotels would mention it on their website. In fact, they would ask you the number of guests who wish to check-in at the hotel. Accordingly, they would provide the rooms. 

     
  • Facilities – Don’t make an opinion that cheap hotels in Penang do not offer any facilities. It’s a myth spread by unknown miscreants. You can find basic facilities, such as AC, refrigerator, iron-board, etc. In addition, Wi-Fi connectivity has become common in quite a number of hotels.
  • Surroundings – It does matter when you’re on a holiday. A beachside location would be preferable if you love nature and its beauty. You would enjoy living and celebrating life at a blissful place near the sea.
